1. About Us
This website is operated by Kindpath Foundation, a registered Section 8 Non-Profit organisation (PAN: AALCK8189N) based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing this website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Donations
All contributions made through this website are voluntary charitable donations in support of our education and stationery-kit programmes. Donations are made in Indian Rupees (INR). Donation amounts are calculated based on the kit and quantity you select, plus any optional add-ons.
3. Use of Funds
Funds received are used to purchase and distribute stationery kits and related learning materials to underprivileged children, and to cover reasonable operational costs of the Foundation. We reserve the right to allocate funds to the area of greatest need within our charitable objectives.
4. 80G Tax Receipt
Eligible donors may request an 80G tax-exemption receipt by providing accurate PAN and address details at the time of donation. It is your responsibility to provide correct information; we are not liable for receipts issued against incorrect details.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking credentials. By making a payment you agree to the payment gateway's terms in addition to ours.
6. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when making a donation. The Foundation is not responsible for failed transactions or undelivered receipts arising from incorrect details supplied by you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any donation made through it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
