Refunds & Cancellations

1. Nature of Donations

Contributions made to Kindpath Foundation are voluntary charitable donations. As funds are committed to purchasing stationery kits and supporting children, donations are generally non-refundable once a donation is successfully processed.

2. Refunds for Genuine Errors

We understand mistakes can happen. If you have made a donation in error — for example, a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorised transaction — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified erroneous payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email KindpathFoundation@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97736 61823 with your name, donation amount, date of transaction, and the payment reference / order ID. We will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method used for the donation. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations

A donation cannot be cancelled once it has been successfully completed, except in the case of genuine errors as described above. If a payment is interrupted or fails, no amount is collected and no cancellation is required.

6. 80G Receipts & Refunds

If an 80G tax-exemption receipt has already been issued for a donation that is later refunded, the receipt will be treated as void and must not be used for tax purposes.
